INTRODUCTION
Al-Ikhlas College, also known as Al-Ikhlas
Housing, is a dedicated accommodation for
international students embarking on their
Bachelor, Master and PhD courses. Part of
Al-Ikhlas Cambridge Sdn Bhd, it opened in
January 2008 in Section 4 Shah Alam. Al-Ikhlas
College is set to extend its operations in Skudai,
Johor in January 2011.
Al-Ikhlas College, through its housing agents
and rent agreements with Al-Ikhlas Cambridge
Sdn Bhd, has 10 units of accommodation. Of
these, 8 are for single male and female
students, 1 for married students with families
and 1 for transiting students on shorter courses
and visiting lecturers. A unit consists of 3 rooms
and will house 7 single students. A unit with 4
rooms will house 9 students.

Deposit
A deposit of 6 months’ rentals is required,
and utilities bill exceeding RM200 per month
shall be borne by students and paid to the
Al-Ikhlas College Management.Method of Payment
Payments for the tuition fees and
accommodation charges may be made in one
of the following ways:
● Directly to the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia on
the day of enrolment.
● By bank draft (in US Dollars or Malaysian
Ringgit) payable to ‘The Bursar, Universiti
Teknologi Malaysia’ and mailed to IMREC.
● By electronic funds transfer (in US Dollars or
